In our increasingly busy lives, maintaining a consistent fitness routine feels almost impossible. This observation inspired me to develop FIT, a mobile application that reimagines how we integrate exercise into our daily lives.
The project began with extensive research into user behavior and common barriers to fitness engagement. I discovered that many existing solutions failed to address the fundamental need for sustainable motivation and consistent engagement.
My design approach focused on creating an interface that combines sophisticated functionality with engaging nudges and reminders. Through carefully crafted illustrations, seamless calendar integration, and thoughtfully implemented progress tracking, the app transforms exercise from a daunting task into an achievable daily practice.
The final product delivers personalized workout recommendations while maintaining an uplifting, motivational tone throughout the user experience. It's a digital fitness companion that understands the human side of building healthy habits.
